How do I know which session to choose?

 I suggest making a short list of 5-10 things you wish support, healing or assistance with and match your list to the available sessions, your practitioner is well versed to help you.

What does a typical session look like?

 It varies according to the length of session you schedule. For the Wellpoint Quantum Solfeggio Hypnosis™ (4-5 hour session or 2-3 hour session), you will be interviewed for approximately an hour, up to 1-3 hours of your hypnosis session with a 20-30 minute post hypnosis discussion.

How do I prepare for a session?

Prepare a list of 15-20 questions ahead of time for your session. Also, try to get a good night sleep, be well hydrated, eat a good meal and keep your day of your session open for you to take your time.

I’ve never done this before, what if I’m no good at it?

All clients have had a wonderful experience and many of your concerns will be addressed during your induction.  Everyone has been pleasantly surprised and more than a little blown away.  It certainly is a very different experience, one which much truly be experienced to be believed.

Will a session interfere with my religion?

No, no religious belief systems are followed, all are welcome.

Is this considered New Age?

In a sense, connecting with your Higher self, or oversoul, one may consider this new age, through experience, I have learned that you have all the knowledge you need within you and connecting with that part of you that has all the answers is all we need to get the results you desire.
